Shipping policy

All packages are shipped using FEDEX and our shipping prices include packaging materials. To protect your investment, we ship in an organized and timely manner (usually within 2 weeks of ordering); ensuring that your orders arrive safely.

You will be notified by email when your orders are shipped.  In an effort to protect your order, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal shipping conditions.

We consider your order to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper and we cannot be responsible for improper handling during shipping or after it has been delivered. Therefore, once your order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the order becomes your responsibility. A claim must be filed with the shipper for damage or loss before any claim with the third-party handler can be processed.
